ARMOUR CAPITAL PARTNERS LP, is a Delaware Limited Partnership.
THE GENERAL PARTNER
ARMOUR CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC (the “General Partner”), a North Carolina Limited Liability Company, is the sole General Partner of the Partnership. The General Partner is responsible for implementing the general investment objectives of the Partnership. The Limited Partners acknowledge and understand that the General Partner is not the investment advisor to any individual Limited Partner. The General Partner has delegated authority to its affiliate ARMOUR CAPITAL ADVISORS LLC to serve as the Investment Advisor for the Partnership.
